To locate a report you can search using any of these criteria:

REPORT NUMBER- Enter the 11-digit crash report number in this format
YYYYMMDD-###
DATE- Enter the date the crash occurred using this format: MM/DD/YY
(ex. 03/04/07)
DRIVER:- Enter the Driver's last name. You can also enter the person's first name to narrow your search.
LOCATION- Enter the street name, if you are looking for a report that occurred at an intersection, enter one street name. Note- use street names, not highway numbers (i.e. Independence Blvd., not US 74)
